Original Store Location: Returns or exchanges must be made at the Supplement Giant store where the item was originally purchased. Returns will not be accepted at other locations.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Unopened Items: Items that are unopened and in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund or store credit.

Opened or Defective Items:

Exchanged Items Are Final: Once an item is exchanged, the replacement item is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Allergies or Ingredients: We will not accept returns for opened products due to allergies or sensitivities to ingredients (e.g., artificial dyes or flavorings) that are clearly marked on the product's label. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient labels prior to purchase.

No Returns for Flavor on Opened Products: Most products are formulated with performance as the primary focus, and while many taste great, flavor is subjective and may not suit every preference. This includes "unflavored" products, which may taste like their raw ingredients and are not tasteless. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened products based on dissatisfaction with flavor. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions or consult with our staff before purchasing.

Promotional or Package Deal Purchases:

For items purchased as part of a promotional offer (e.g., "buy one get one half off" or "3 items for $100"), returns or exchanges of less than the entire package will have the promotional discount deducted from the refund or store credit.

Example: If two items are purchased in a "buy one get one half off" promotion (e.g., each item is $50, but the total is $75), returning either item will result in a store credit equal to the discounted value of the returned item (e.g., $25). If the promotion is no longer active, the store credit ($25) can be applied toward an exchange, but no additional discounts will apply.

The value of the returned item will be determined based on the prorated amount after the discount, as indicated on the receipt or calculated at the time of return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items returned after the 15-day return period.

Items that are more than half used.

Items without a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanged items (as noted above, exchanges are final).

How to Return an Item

In-Store Returns: Bring the item, along with your receipt or proof of purchase, to the Supplement Giant store where the item was purchased within 15 days.

Ensure the item meets the conditions outlined above (unopened or less than half used for defective items).

Our team will process your return and issue a refund or store credit, or facilitate an exchange as applicable.
