How to use

Mix one (1) level scoop (30g) of Allmax Isoflex with 120–150 ml (4–5 oz) of cold water, skim milk, or beverage of choice. Shake for 10–15 seconds. Consume post-workout to support muscle protein synthesis and recovery. Isoflex can also be taken between meals or first thing in the morning. For a meal replacement shake, blend 1–2 scoops of Isoflex with oatmeal, fruit, or yogurt to create a nutrient-dense, high-protein meal.
