Free shipping on orders over $100 (continental U.S.)
- Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.99

APO/FPO: flat rate of $15.99 (USPS only)
📦 How We Ship
We use a mix of USPS and UPS Ground depending on what makes the most sense for your order.
- Smaller items usually go USPS
- Larger or higher-value orders typically ship UPS
- APO/FPO orders ship USPS only
Most shipments are insured when it makes sense, especially for higher-value or fragile items. Our goal is to make sure your order gets to you safely and reliably.
Everything ships out of Wichita, Kansas (67226).
⏱️ Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders placed before 5 PM (Mon–Fri) will usually ship the next business day
- Occasionally they may go out the same day, depending on pickup timing
- Weekend orders can take a little longer, especially Sundays
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days as long as the item is in stock.
🏪 Inventory & Availability
We stock a large selection, but since we’re also a retail store, inventory can occasionally overlap with in-store purchases.
- If something sells out right before we ship, we’ll try to get it from another local store
- If there’s any delay, we’ll reach out and keep you updated
📬 Communication & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If anything comes up — a delay, stock issue, or question — we’ll reach out. If needed, we can:
- Substitute another flavor/item (your choice)
- Wait for a transfer
- Or cancel and refund — whatever works best for you
