Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

All domestic retail orders are fulfilled from our central distribution hub in Wichita, Kansas (67226). We utilize a hybrid carrier network consisting of UPS Ground and USPS to ensure the most secure and efficient delivery route.

  • Carrier Selection: Standard parcels and lighter items typically route via USPS. High-value, heavy, or fragile shipments are systematically routed via UPS Ground and include complimentary transit insurance.

Order Processing & Fulfillment Timelines

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for transit within 1 to 2 business days, contingent upon real-time inventory availability.
  • Daily Shipping Cutoff: Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (Monday through Friday) are typically dispatched the following business day.
  • Weekend & Holiday Fulfillment: Shipments are not dispatched on Sundays or postal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will enter fulfillment processing on Monday morning.

Inventory & Real-Time Availability

Because our e-commerce platform shares a live inventory framework with our physical retail storefront, occasional item overlaps may occur.

  • Stock Variances: In the rare event that an item sells out in-store before your online order is packed, we will immediately attempt to source and transfer the item from an alternate local storefront to minimize delays.
  • Out-of-Stock Protocols: If a fulfillment delay occurs, a customer support representative will contact you directly via email to offer flexible resolutions, including:
    • Substituting an alternate item, variety, or flavor of equal value.
    • Holding the order for an internal inventory transfer.
    • Issuing an immediate, full refund to your original payment method.

Tracking & Customer Support

Automated tracking architecture is integrated into our checkout system to keep you informed at every step.

  • Tracking Notifications: A confirmation email containing your active tracking number will be generated immediately when your shipping label is printed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the initial scan status.
