Level-1 Natural

Add one rounded scoop to four ounces of ice-cold water or milk. One scoop yields 23-25 grams of protein. Use Level-1 throughout the day to help meet your protein goals.
For Best Results: You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired flavor and consistency. Shake well or blend for thirty seconds or until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
In Hot Coffee: Let your coffee cool for a few minutes before adding Level-1, or mix your scoop into two ounces of cold water or milk first and then pour the coffee in. Adding protein straight into piping hot liquid can cause it to clump.
In Smoothies & Recipes: Level-1 blends right into smoothies, overnight oats, pancakes, protein balls, and baked goods. Start with less liquid than you think you need and add from there until you get the consistency you want.

WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN: Do not use if you are under 18 years of age, pregnant, nursing, or contemplating pregnancy. If you have any medical conditions or you are currently using prescription medications consult your physician before using this or any dietary supplements.
